Recently Vista IT Group announced the launch of a new technology distribution company: V3 Distribution. V3 will focus exclusively on supporting companies in the technology supply chain. Specifically, distributors, value added resellers, leasingandfinanceorganizationsandthird-partymaintenance companies. Vista Private Equity (VPE) was also established as a new holding company to support these two organizations and their unique Go-To-Market strategies.

V3 Distribution will also focus on asset recovery and consignment services for select customers who have high volumes of equipment and are looking to maximize their recovery rates through V3’s remarketing services.
